Tara Strong
She plays the voice for Porcupine on My Friends Tigger and Pooh. She is most well known for voicing Bubbles in The Powerpuff Girls, Timmy in The Fairly OddParents, and Twilight Sparkle in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
