Ritsuko formally hails from Matsuyama, Japan. In Japan, she worked on three non-Disney anime productions: Yume No Horshi No Button Nose, Yosei Florence and the 1989 special Soreike! Anpanman: Kirakiraboshi No Namida before becoming basically a Disney animator at Walt Disney Animation Japan until it's closing and had a hand in most of the Tinker Bell productions in recent years. She also worked on several Disneytoon productions as a character designer: Jungle Book 2, Mulan 2 and Bambi 2 among others. She has appeared on Made In Hollywood Teen Edition and Leo Little's Big Show as a special guest; and had a hand in The D Show video game for Disney Interactive. One final note; even though her Japanese name in Kanji is exactly the same as Kenji Notani (who has also worked in the animation business on Hey Arnold! and has similar credits (outside of two, one which is the sequel to Barefoot Gen); they are not the same person. They might be related in some way; but I have no evidence of this, so I assume they are not.
