Paro Hozumi is Background Stylist, Designer, and Styling of The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.

Also known as Katsuyoshi Hozumi. Paro Hozumi was born in 1938 in Izumizaki, Japan. After he graduated he went to Toei Animation in 1960; and started worked as a painter and background designer for Okami Shonen Ken (Wolf Boy Ken) in 1963. He also worked on the following productions, all from Toei Animation: Rainbow Sentai Robin (1966), Sally The Witch (1966), Akko's Secret (1969), Moretsu Ataro (1969), Tiger Mask (1969), Sarutobi Ecchan (1971), Ali Baba & The 40 Thieves (1971), Mazinger Z (1972), Dororon Enma-Kun (1973) and Witch Meg-Chan (1974). From there, he moved to North America and started on Once Upon A Girl... in 1976 before starting with Hanna-Barbera on CB Bears in 1977. He has worked mostly with Hanna Barbera and Ruby-Spears before debuting on The Wuzzles for DTVA in 1985. Pooh's Heffalump Movie in 2005 was his most recent credit.
