Kath Soucie's credit in Pooh's Heffalump Movie
Kath Soucie (born February 20, 1967) has been the voice of Kanga in the various Disney Pooh productions since the film The Tigger Movie. A highly renowned voice actress, Soucie has voiced characters in over 250 films and television series combined. Her other Disney work includes Lady and the Tramp 2: Scamp's London Adventure and roles on series such as Buzz Lightyear of Star Command and Quack Pack. She has also gained great popularity for voicing the twins Phil and Lil Deville in Nickelodeon's popular series Rugrats.
