Personas is a feature for the Mozilla Firefox web browser that allows users to customize their browser by adding a picture to the bar at the top that displays the menu and browser tabs. Personas was originally conceived as an independent browser extension, but due to its popularity was incorporated as an integrated feature of Firefox beginning in version 3.0.
Currently, Personas offers a number of Personas featuring Winnie the Pooh and his friends and users are welcomed to develop more. As of January 4, 2011, the most popular Pooh persona is the "Winnie the Poohs Christmas Tree" persona, by Poppy, with 45,924 active users.
